8¢ Franking
Following is an example of a DAV cover franked with eight cents postage. The 8¢ rate period began May 16, 1971 and ended March 1, 1974. Precisely dating these covers is very difficult as the covers are "mint" examples and do not have any cancellations. I would very much appreciate any information/insights which could help to accurately date these covers. |
