Roland writes... Take a look at an item I found this weekend.  I have been searching 12 years for a 1981 postcard usage of the 6¢ Circle of Stars booklet pair....  How many postcard usages are known? I have seen two.

I even sent it in for a cert because the date/cancel was so hard to read.
 
 

Wayne replies.... While I don't have then handy to scan at the moment, I have a 12¢ postcard pair.

Roland Austin reports... I currently know of six examples of this pair paying the 12¢ postcard rate of 1981.
