IBM-Neopost Automated Postal Center
Testing of two self-service postal machines (National Cash Register and IBM-NEOPOST) was conducted in central Florida starting in 1999. At the end of 2000, the NCR system was discontinued, and testing of the IBM-NEOPOST continued until 2004.

The machines could dispense stamps valued $0.01 to $99.99. Other options included First Class Postage, Priority Mail, Express Mail, and Certified Mail.  Prior to phasing out these machines, some were deployed in other areas: one in New York City and several in the Washington DC area.
